Michael J. Rapier is a 30-year printing and paper veteran with a deep understanding and insight into the global POS paper business. He is currently president of the Paper Receipts Converting Association (PRCA) and Executive Vice President of Iconex combined paper business.

Mike began his career converting paper products with Maxwell Paper Products of Dallas, TX, as the General Manager in 1993, directing the Phoenix, AZ operation. After eight years as the GM, he was allowed to buy the Phoenix plant, and thus Liberty Paper Products LLC was born. Mike’s core responsibilities were growth and profitability, working with the sales team and operations to realize its full potential.

Mike has a BA from Wabash College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
