Bambi Gorman is executive vice president and chief transformation officer. In this role, she leads business strategy and execution and oversees the Office of Transformation. She joined Iconex in March 2017 as the vice president of business operations to lead the company’s transformation and integration activities and customer care and supply chain activities. Gorman was previously vice president of commercial operations for Soundview Paper, an Atlas Portfolio Company, leading pricing, product development, and commercialization.

Before joining Soundview Paper, Gorman led a consulting firm providing counsel on pricing strategy, marketing, e-commerce, sales, operations planning, and category management. She began her career at Kimberly-Clark, where she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility. Gorman received a bachelor’s degree with a double major in finance and marketing from Marquette University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
