Over the past decade, Iconex has grown not only organically but through strategic acquisitions, strengthening our capabilities and expanding our reach:

• 2017 – RiteMade Paper Converters, Inc. and PM Company, thermal receipts and business machine products.
• 2019 – Cenveo, long-run label and receipts paper business.  
• 2022 – Liberty Greenleaf, point-of-sale (POS) paper receipt business.   
• 2023 – MAX International Converters, Inc., (MAX International Converters, Sari & MAX International Asia-Pacific Pty Ltd.), MAXStick Products, Ltd. and assets of McAuliffe Paper Inc.  
• 2024 – Iconex label solutions business was acquired by M2S Group, a leader in the material science and solutions industry positioning Iconex for continued investment, innovation, and global growth.

With a team of over 500 members, Iconex operates globally across 7 strategic manufacturing locations. We provide our customers with reliable support and high-quality solutions at scale, remaining close to the markets and communities we serve. Innovation drives all our efforts, enabling us to quickly meet changing customer needs with accuracy and sustainability.

Recent investments in new assets keep us at the industry forefront, improving production efficiency and enhancing manufacturing capabilities to support the next generation of variable print labeling solutions.
