Phil Heyworth joined Iconex as the executive vice president of supply chain operations in January 2020. With more than 20 years of experience, he currently leads the customer care, planning, operations, warehousing, logistics, and procurement teams. Before joining Iconex, Phil was group vice president at Klöckner Pentaplast, a global leader in rigid and flexible packaging and specialty solutions. Phil also served with Chesapeake Pharmaceutical Packaging (now part of WestRock), leading printing, folding paper, and carton manufacturing, and also at Fuji Seal. As a result, he brings extensive multi-plant and supply chain experience to Iconex.

Phil enjoys hiking, running, and traveling in his free time – mainly to visit his five children. He received a master’s of engineering degree from The University of Cambridge.
