As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ira Genser leads the finance, legal and information technology teams for Iconex, the largest manufacturer of receipt paper and one of the fastest growing label companies worldwide. Using his expertise in analyzing business needs and organizing cross-functional resource teams to deliver optimal outcomes, Genser has led multi-year growth initiatives for Iconex, overseeing three acquisitions and subsequent integrations to add manufacturing capacity, while also managing debt leverage through two debt financings. Since joining the company in 2017, his efforts have created exceptional gains in record time.
Over more than 25 years of business leadership and financial stewardship, Genser has served in varied C-suite management roles, including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief restructuring officer.
